This November we have our Hospice Tairāwhiti raffle month!
A month where we and our volunteers will be selling up to 4000 raffle tickets in order to raise funds for Hospice Tairāwhiti.
The prize this year has been donated by Mitre10, who generously support this
fundraising event for us annually – a 3 Piece Outdoor Lounge Setting with a 3M cantilever Umbrella valued at $1200. We’ll be running our much-loved raffle table at Mitre10, Farmers & Pharmacy53 on the weekends and Mondays throughout the month, so keep an eye out for our smiley volunteers.
Last year, thanks to our amazing volunteers and supporters, we raised $10,645.40 — every dollar helping us provide expert, compassionate end-of-life care for people across Tairāwhiti.
This year, we have invited local businesses to join in the fun and community spirit by helping us to sell tickets, or by donating spot prizes.
To purchase your raffle tickets – visit our Donations page and fill out the details, select “General Donation” and comment that your donation is for raffle tickets.
Tickets are $5 each – you can buy as many as you like in one donation (i.e. $20 donation = 4 tickets).
Once payment is received, we will issue your tickets and a receipt via email.
Ticket sales are open until 12 December 2025. The raffle will be drawn on 15 December 2025 and the winner will be notified.
