This November we have our Hospice Tairāwhiti raffle month!
Gisborne’s Freedom Riders MC are raising funds for Hospice Tairāwhiti with a fantastic Charity Poker Run!
All funds raised will go towards Hospice Tairāwhiti to help ensure they can continue to deliver free and compassionate end-of-life care for our region.
On November 15th 2025 the Gisborne’s Freedom Riders Motorcyle Club are holding their fundraising Poker Run, raising funds for Hospice Tairāwhiti.
- A load of firewood from Macs Firewood
- Heaps of giveaways from Tyre Power Gisborne & Overnight Service Centre
- Gisborne Hydraulics: Giveaways & a $500 donation to the Hospice
- Noel Leeming Gisborne: an awesome prize!
- OPSM: $100 donation
- SWPG – Stu Watts Plumbing: Prize for the furthest travelled

One in three people who die in New Zealand are supported by Hospice. The funds that are raised by incredible community events like this are vital for bridging the funding gap.
With this comes a Give-A-Little page where you can donate to Hospice Tairāwhiti as part of the Freedom Riders MC Poker Run event. Donations received here will be included in their overall tally. If you didn’t get to make it to the event or just wanted to throw a little bit extra into the donations box – this is your chance.
