Appointed to the board in 2021

I am originally from Christchurch and after completing my education I moved to Gisborne in 1982.

For 35 years I was a Partner in a local Chartered Accountancy practice as part of international accountancy firms including KPMG and BDO. During this time I had an involvement in audit and business advisory roles with Māori organisations on the East Coast, in Gisborne and in Wairoa.

I have held governance roles with the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants National Council, Board of Trustees Central School and Gisborne Intermediate 6 years as well as being actively involved in many community organisations.

I have been a supporter of Hospice Tairāwhiti and the services they offer to our community.
