We have a dedicated employed volunteer coordinator whose role it is to promote, support, guide, train, and develop volunteers and the volunteer services we offer.

Ways in which we aim to achieve this are:

  • Monthly volunteer service team meetings
  • Monthly volunteer newsletters
  • Training, education sessions and personal development
  • Opportunities to be involved with relevant decisions
  • Recognition of achievements
  • Social functions
  • Time with volunteer coordinator for support and guidance

It is important to us that our volunteers enjoy their volunteering.  We therefore try our best to ensure that they find the experience a happy and rewarding one.
