Hospice Tairāwhiti is around 70% funded by Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand.
This year we need to raise over $700,000 to continue to provide our current services
free of charge to people with life limiting illnesses and their families.
To do this we need your help. All donations, no matter what size, are greatly appreciated. We are registered with the charities commission and donations of $5 or over are tax deductible (charity number CC23114, tax number 43-405-314).
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to donate, please choose the option that suits you best. Don't forget to tell us if your donation is for a specific purpose, such as for the purchase of patient equipment, or a raffle.

Givealittle
Givealittle is a fundraising service run by the Spark Foundation.
From 1 September 2016 Givealittle implemented at flat 5% fee on the amount raised by fundraisers on the site. This fee is about supporting and enabling growth and there is no intent for Spark to make a profit. Donors have the option to pay some or all of the 5% fundraiser fee via a voluntary Top Up Donation. A receipt will be sent directly from Givealittle. Our pages are verified and donations of $5 or more are tax deductible.
